ARBITRAGEM DE TIRO COM ARCO EM MEDELLIN
Durante o Torneio da Amizade, realizado em Maricá, fui informado pelo Sr. Ronaldo de Carvalho que o Sr. Mauricio Paz Vasconcelos seria um dos árbitros nos Jogos Sul Americanos de Medellín.
Enviei um email para o Comitê de Juízes da COPARCO,  e obtive as informações abaixo.
Procurei no site da COPARCO a confirmação desta indicação, mas, ao contrário do que temos na FITA, onde o site informa todas as indicações feitas para as competições de 2010, o site da COPARCO não tem esta informação.
Pelas respostas abaixo fica muito claro que as Federações Nacionais não tem influencia na nomeação dos árbitros assim como não recebe nenhuma informação sobre estas indicações. O árbitro recebe o convite diretamente da COPARCO e responde diretamente se aceita ou não o convite.
O Sr. Mauricio, embora permaneça como árbitro continental até  o final de 2010, não deverá mais ser convidado para nenhuma competição da COPARCO, tendo sido cancelada sua convocação para a prova em El Salvador.

Yo le escribi a Ronaldo hace casi dos meses un correo explicandole todo.  Ahora buscare el mensaje y te lo enviare a ti.
Yo comprendo tu situacion como presidente, pero yo supe del problema con Mauricio en Brasil despues que ya él habia sido nombrado para Medellin y que incluyo ya el comite organizador habia emitido su acreditacion.
Yo habia nombrado a Mauricio tambien para el evento de El Salvador en Octubre, y automaticamente de recibir el correo de Ronaldo lo quite de la lista de El Salvador y se lo comunique a Mauricio.

Dear Ronaldo
I am glad you are ok now after your therapy.  At this point we have
appointed all the judges for all of the 2010 events.
As to the situation with Mauricio, COPARCO has a system of reaccreditation
which is similar to FITA's.  All of our Continental judges will need to go
through a reaccreditation process in the second half on 2010. To be
reaccredited for 2011-2014 our judges will need to be supported by their
national federations, otherwise they will be out of the list.
Mauricio has already been appointed to officiate at the South American Games
in March in Colombia.  I did not know that he was no longer a national judge
in Brazil.
So, the procedure will be the following, Mauricio will remain on the list of
Continental judges until the process of reaccreditation takes place.  If
your Federation does not support him, he will be removed from the list of
Continental Judges.  He will, however, officiate at the South American Games
in March.  The Organizing Committee has already contacted him, included him
on the list on officials, and has bought his airline ticket.
Regarding the seminar in Brazil, I believe I can go on the third week of
June if that is Ok with you.  Where will it be? Rio?  Sao Paolo?
